Steven D. Greenwalt
President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve Greenwalt is responsible for all facets of NCP Solutions. Throughout his 27-year career, he has held senior leadership roles in a number of service and technology based corporations, including United Computer Services, Basis Information Technologies, First Image Management Company and MicroBilt, all subsidiary companies of First Data Corporation and First Financial Management Corporation.
Greenwalt joined NCP Solutions in 1997 as its Chief Financial Officer. With a strong background in business development, he played a key role in increasing NCP’s market presence and expanding its service capabilities through a series of strategic acquisitions. Named President and CEO in 2001, he now heads NCP, a leading critical document outsource provider, providing companies throughout the United States with complex print and electronic communication solutions.
Kris Nuss
Senior Vice President and Sales Manager
Kris Nuss is responsible for managing the corporate sales operation with focus on new revenue growth within NCP's chosen markets along with penetrating new markets/industries that are conducive to NCP’s overall growth strategy.
Nuss started his career with SunGard Data Systems as a Marketing Representative moving rapidly through a series of progressively responsible positions ending with the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He also served as National Sales Executive with COMTEC, a leading provider of print and electronic customer communications and most recently held the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Cash Cycle Solutions, a Charlotte, NC based provider of outsourced transaction processing solutions.
Mark Frechette
Senior Vice President and General Manager
Mark Frechette is responsible for all manufacturing, fulfillment and customer service operations at the Birmingham facility, including form and envelope manufacturing, print production, mail fulfillment, IT development, programming and client services activities. Joining NCP Solutions in 1984, Frechette was instrumental in the formation and management of critical departments within NCP including Commercial Print Operations, Human Resources and Purchasing and has directed every manufacturing line of business inside the organization.
Prior to joining NCP, Frechette served as the Operations Manager for Atlantic Envelope’s Birmingham facility. His responsibilities included all front office and production operations.
Jeff Booker
Vice President and General Manager
Jeff Booker is responsible for all manufacturing, fulfillment and customer service operations at the Jacksonville facility, including print production, mail fulfillment, IT development, programming and client services activities. Jeff joined NCP in 1999 through the acquisition of CNP Solutions, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Information Technology since 1994. Prior to NCP, Jeff served as a senior programmer, laser operations manager and account manager for Check Printers, Inc.
Dave Erwin
Senior Vice President, Market Development
Dave Erwin is responsible for the development and marketing of NCP’s portfolio of products and services to address the needs of their core vertical markets including Financial Services, Hospitality, Healthcare, Insurance, the Public Sector, Telecommunications and Utilities.
Previously, Erwin served as Vice President of Marketing where he was responsible for leading strategic management processes and development activities as well as managing the company's relationship with alliance partners. Erwin joined NCP in 2005 through the acquisition of DocuGlobal, Inc., a print technology firm, where he was Co-Founder and a Vice President. Prior to DocuGlobal, Erwin was with Xerox Corporation.
Russell McEwen
Chief Financial Officer
Russell McEwen joined NCP Solutions in 1997 as Controller and has most recently served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining NCP, he served in several roles of increasing responsibility in the accounting departments of DP Fitness and Roadmaster Corporation for over 12 years. His background includes accounting systems implementations, corporate cash and debt management as well as business development. Mr. McEwen is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and Auburn University, where he received a master's in Business Administration. Mr. McEwen earned a Certificate of Public Accounting in 1995.
Forrest Cook
Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management
Forrest Cook is responsible for risk management oversight including: Workman’s Compensation and Business Insurance programs, HR and Risk Compliance activities, Training and Safety programs, Recruitment, Benefits and Compensation administration, Manpower planning, HR Policy administration and Employee Relations.
Prior to joining NCP, Cook served as Director of Human Resources for Healthcare Realty Management and PCA Health Plans of Alabama in Birmingham, and worked with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in corporate HR/professional recruitment.
