NCP’s Client Portal is a secure application that provides users a direct view inside our operations. This unique solution provides visibility and accountability to work in progress, and enables research and resolution of problems online, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
The Production Dashboard presents a comprehensive breakdown of work from files submissions to jobs created and products produced down to each individual record. Coupled with our Electronic Document Archive system, users have access to a fully composed PDF of each piece produced in a simple-to-use application.
More than just a job tracking and reporting solution, Portal is a flexible and scalable services delivery vehicle. Production reporting, mail tracking, online proofing, inventory management and invoicing can be delivered directly to the end user; thereby improving productivity and satisfaction.
