Steven D. Greenwalt
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Greenwalt joined NCP Solutions in 1997 as its Chief Financial Officer and has most recently served as the company's President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining NCP, he served in a variety of capacities for over fourteen years with First Data Corporation (FDC) and, prior to its merger with FDC in 1995, First Financial Management Corporation. His background includes business development, strategic planning and control, operations management and financial management. Mr. Greenwalt is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, where he received twin bachelor's degrees in Finance and Administrative Science and a Masters in Business Administration.

Greg Barnett
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Barnett was named Executive Vice President and COO of NCP Solutions in 2001 after joining NCP in 1999, as Vice President of Corporate Development, responsible for managing projects related to the assimilation of new acquisitions. Before joining NCP, he was employed by First Image Management Company for eight years in a variety of management capacities, including Chief Financial Officer and Regional Vice President. Prior to his employment with First Image, he worked at Recognition Equipment for 16 years in a variety of financial management roles. Mr. Barnett is a graduate of North Texas State University, where he received a bachelor degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance.

Joël Rowland
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Rowland serves as Chief Technology Officer for NCP Solutions. Prior to joining NCP Solutions, Joël served as the CEO and founder of DocuGlobal, Inc. Joël is a recognized expert in the assessment and implementation of monochrome and full-color digital printing systems, as well as variable-data document fulfillment technologies. Prior to establishing DocuGlobal, Joël served as Director of Research and Development for CMD Services, Inc., where he pioneered the engineering and development of the company's complete automated document fulfillment program. Joël has more than 14 years experience in the print communications industry and has spoken and written widely on industry issues. He has been profiled in Print on Demand, Graphic Impressions, Docuworld, Drupa Daily and On-Demand Journal. Joël is a graduate of the University of Social Sciences ARSENAL in Toulouse, France.

Dwayne Kasper
Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Kasper joined NCP Solutions in 2006 responsible for the company’s Sales, Marketing and Client Relationship Management functions. His career spans 25 years in global service and technology businesses, holding senior Sales, Management and Executive roles in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining NCP, Mr. Kasper served as EVP & General Manager at Payformance Corporation where he was responsible for the company’s software and web-based, corporate payment outsourcing business. Previously, Mr. Kasper managed strategic accounts for DST Output, a provider of outsourced transaction processing and business communication services.

Mr. Kasper spent 13 years at TNT Post Group where he held national and worldwide posts with Sales, Management and Commercial responsibility, including assignments in the United Kingdom and The Netherlands. He was instrumental in re-engineering TNT’s European operations following joint venture activities and played a key role in the development of the US and worldwide markets for TNT’s international mail business.

Mr. Kasper’s career in Sales began with Avis Rent A Car System where he subsequently progressed to District Sales Manager prior to joining TNT in a similar capacity. A graduate of St. John’s University in New York, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Russell McEwen
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McEwen joined NCP Solutions in 1997 as Controller and has most recently served as the company’s SVP of Accounting & Finance. Prior to joining NCP he served in several roles of increasing responsibility in the accounting departments of DP Fitness and Roadmaster Corporation for over 12 years. His background includes accounting systems implementations, corporate cash and debt management as well as business development. Mr. McEwen is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and Auburn University, where he received a master's in Business Administration. Mr. McEwen earned a Certificate of Public Accounting in 1995.
