• 1974 NCP is founded and starts growth to become the nation’s largest payment coupon book provider serving the financial services industry.
• 1988 Acquires Rand McNally’s direct marketing and payment systems businesses.
• 1992 Establishes transactional statement, letter and invoice production capabilities.
• 1997 Acquires Deluxe Payment Systems.
• 1997 Acquired by private equity firm now known as GTCR Golder Rauner.
• 1998 Acquires Payment Technologies.
• 1999 Acquires CNP Solutions and American Coupon Company.
• 2005 Completes first SAS 70 Type II examination by Ernst & Young and receives an unqualified opinion, the most favorable available.
• 2005 Acquires DocuGlobal, Inc., a technology based direct marketing firm.
• 2008 Acquired by private equity firm Lion AVI Holdings.
